What is a Parcel Locker?
This amenity service is being provided to give you an option each time; to have your valuable ordered items delivered to your porch or Parcel Pending Lockers. Just think, no more worry about porch pirates, weather, or lost packages. It is your choice for every package, each and every time.
Where is the Parcel Locker located?
The parcel locker is located at the Clubhouse entrance.
Why a Parcel Locker?
Porch pirates have been active in our community. Packages have been delivered to the wrong home. The Parcel Locker provides a secure option to receive valuable packages.
What does it cost to use the Parcel Locker?
The Parcel Locker is included as an amenity to Dupree Lakes Residents. There are no fees to use the Parcel Locker.
How do I activate my account to use the Parcel Locker?
Please call or email the clubhouse and the staff will provide a link to register.
Is the Parcel Locker Mandatory?
No, this amenity is not mandatory. In fact, we do not recommend you send all your packages to the locker. The Parcel Locker is intended to provide a location to receive your valuable packages.
What should I send to the Parcel Locker?
If you consider a package valuable and do not want it sitting on your porch… send it to the locker. If you prefer to have a package delivered to your home and placed on your porch choose that delivery option. Ex: Send a valuable Apple Watch to the locker and send a less valuable box of pens to your home. You decide where to send your packages.
How do I send to the Parcel Locker?
When completing your online order enter the ship to address: 6255 Dupree Lakes Blvd, Land O Lakes, FL 34639. Use your name as the ship to recipient.
Can I send a package to the Parcel Locker if I have not registered?
No, you must register. If you do not register, your name will not be in the locker system and the package will be returned to sender.
How do I pick up my package at the Parcel Locker?
When your package is ready for pick-up you will be notified via email and/or text with an access code. Enter your access code into the touchscreen keypad at the parcel locker and retrieve your package from the locker that opens.
Can multiple people within my household send to the Parcel Locker?
Yes, once you create your account you will be able to add user profiles within your master account. A master account is associated to your home address.
How long will the parcel be stored in the Parcel Locker?
We ask that your pick up your package within 24 hours of delivery. There are a limited number of lockers. If you are not able to pick up in 24 hours we ask you contact the clubhouse to alert them to the pick-up delay. You will also receive reminder emails that the parcel is available for pick-up. Parcels that are not picked up in 48 hours will be removed from the locker and stored in a secondary secure location. Once removed from the locker pick up will only be available during normal clubhouse hours.
When can I pick up my parcel at the Parcel Locker?
You are able to pick up your valuable packages on your schedule, 24/7.
What is the maximum size parcel that will fit in the Parcel Locker?
The maximum size parcel that will fit in the locker is 15” x 22” x 36”
What if I want to send an oversized parcel to the Parcel Locker?
Oversized shipments will be received by the clubhouse staff and secured in a secondary location available for pick-up during normal business hours. We ask that you communicate with the clubhouse staff directly if sending oversized packages to the clubhouse for safe holding.
